Day Forty-Three
I have the funk. I sound like a circus seal (HOOP HOOP). I didn't work out, because I feel like hammered poop. Part of me is bothered, but then I just have to tell myself, "Dude, you're sick. Get over it." I'm going to bed. See you tomorrow!
"My name is Erin. I'm 30 years old, and I'm fat. No, really...."
That's how my blog starts, and I continue to move forward through "Body-for-LIFE", a fitness and nutrition lifestyle change I am sorely in need of. I have completed one twelve-week segment and am continuing the second twelve-week segment. I am working towards a weight goal of 140 pounds, and I have many other aspirations, goals, and adventures that I talk about along the way.
I am the mother of a two-year old, and am engaged to be married. I work, I knit, I mother, and am learning the process of how to take care of myself as well as others. It's got ups and downs, but I am determined to make it to my goal. I am also determined to tell it like it really is...progress, not perfection!
